Terms of Use¶

By installing or using Hair Routine ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
License¶
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the App
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices
- Use the App in violation of any law
Subscriptions and purchases¶
The App offers Premium access through auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Premium Monthly — billed monthly
- Premium Yearly — billed annually
Both unlock the same Premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your iTunes account is charged at the price displayed at purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the App does not issue partial refunds for unused time.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Pricing, availability, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms. Refund requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If your Premium subscription ends, your existing data — products, photos, routines, custom routines, badges, and check-ins — is preserved. iCloud sync is paused, and Free-tier limits apply to new additions.
Content you create¶
Anything you enter in the App — products, routines, photos, notes — belongs to you. We do not have access to it. If you turn on iCloud sync (Premium), your data is stored in your private Apple iCloud container; we still cannot access it. If you delete the App and have iCloud sync off, your local data is removed with it.
Health disclaimer¶
Hair Routine is an organizational tool, not medical advice. Ingredient compatibility flags are based on commonly cited interactions in hair care and are intended as friendly heads-ups, not clinical guidance. The App does not diagnose hair or scalp conditions, analyze your photos, or claim to improve your hair. For medical concerns about your hair or scalp, please consult a licensed dermatologist or trichologist.
No warranty¶
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability¶
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the App.
Changes to these terms¶
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law¶
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to your principal residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws.
