What it does

  • Gut health profile. A short onboarding quiz sets up your profile: conditions (IBS, IBD, Crohn's, UC, GERD, Coeliac, SIBO, and more), diet type, primary goal, and whether you've had a formal diagnosis. No account needed.
  • 10 log types, one tap each. Food & meals, symptoms, bowel movements, water intake, medications & supplements, mood & stress, exercise, sleep, bloating, and gas — all accessible from the Log tab.
  • Food photo journal. Capture a photo of every meal, scan a barcode for instant product lookup, note portion size and meal type, and add free-text notes. Your food history builds into a searchable timeline.
  • Bowel movement log. Bristol Stool Scale types 1–7, colour classification, urgency rating, and flags for blood or mucus present. Clinical-grade detail for derm or gastroenterologist visits.
  • Symptom log. A 1–10 severity slider plus symptom tags (bloating, cramps, nausea, reflux, fatigue, gas, constipation, diarrhoea, pain, and more).
  • Trigger correlation engine. Looks across your food and symptom logs to surface the food-symptom pairs that appear most often, with a confidence score and typical delay. No AI inference — only pattern matching on your own data. (Pro)
  • FODMAP database lookup. Traffic-light FODMAP ratings by portion size, directly inside the food log. (Pro)
  • Apple Health integration. Read sleep duration and steps automatically; write water intake back to Health. (Pro)
